Are you “That guy/girl” that takes whatever’s going on in your head or your personal life and acts out in public whether it be in a professional or casual environment? “That guy/girl” that brings everyone around you down because you can’t take a day to yourself and handle the things you choose to bemoan with little to no confidence about to even the most casual of acquaintances?

If so, then you’re a drama queen or king, and you should really chill out and stop bringing your baggage around others in a non-constructive manner.
